We are looking to recruit a Customer Account Executive who will primarily be responsible for developing sales of websites and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to our existing customer base (predominantly South Yorkshire based SME organisations).

You will also be responsible for dealing with incoming enquiries and for generating new business opportunities.

You will have at least 2 years previous sales experience ideally within the IT industry, be customer focused and have excellent organisational skills. You must also be computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Word & Outlook Express.

We have a vacancy for an E-commerce Order Processor whose responsibilities will include processing orders from our various e-commerce sites, promoting the sites via on-line marketing, competitor price checks, updating of products, prices, images etc.

Applicants must be competent PC users, familiar with the Internet as a search tool and be able to use Microsoft products such as Word and Outlook Express.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are despatched from our warehouse facilities or drop shipped direct from our suppliers therefore you must be customer focused and possess excellent organisational skills. As the first point of contact for customers you must also possess an excellent telephone manner.

Experience in a similar role would be desirable however full training will be given.
